CEPE RESOLUTION No. 01, OF FEBRUARY 4, 2021

Approves the graduate school calendar of the Viçosa campus for the year 2021.

THE TEACHING, RESEARCH AND EXTENSION COUNCIL, the highest decision-making body in the plan
co-scientific didá of the Federal University of Viçosa, in the use of its legal attributions and considering what is contained in this Process, resolves
approve the Graduate School Calendar of the UFV-Viçosa Campus for the year 2021, as attached to this Resolution.

JANUARY

01 – Holiday (Universal Confraternization).
04 to 15 – Applications for enrollment in disciplines, as a non-attached student, for the first academic semester of 2021. Applications for enrollment in disciplines in the “academic mobility” modality will occur in a continuous flow.
26 – Last day for departments to forward applications for enrollment in subjects, as a non-linked student, approved by the subject coordinators, to the School Registration Board, for the first academic semester of 2021.

FEBRUARY

01 to 12 – Period for requesting enrollment for the first semester of 2021, via SAPIENS.
05 – Last day to communicate to those selected in Stricto sensu Postgraduate courses the result of enrollment requests for the first academic semester of 2021, via the Enrollment System.
05 – Last day for disclosing the result of applications for enrollment in subjects, as a non-linked student, approved by the subject coordinators, for the first academic semester of 2021.
12 – Last day for departments to confirm, to the School Registration Board, the list of subjects that will be offered in the first semester of 2021, according to the proposed class schedule published on the School Registration Board’s website.
12 – End of the period of remote classes for the second semester of 2020.
15 and 16 – Carnival.
18 – Last day for departments to launch grades and concepts for the second semester of 2020, via SAPIENS.
18 – Last day for approval of study plans, in the Academic Control System ACADEMICOPG, by the Dean of Research and Graduate Studies.
FIRST HALF 2021

MARCH

05 – Disclosure, by the School Registration Board, of the enrollment result for the first academic semester of 2021.
08 – Beginning of the period for registration adjustment, by students, via SAPIENS.
08 – Last day for the presentation of foreign graduate students to the Relations Department
Interinstitutional and International – DRI, with passport, RNE or protocol, to obtain the registration statement for the first academic semester of 2021.
10 – Last day for teachers to change the concept “I”, referring to the second semester of 2020, via SAPIENS.
11 – Enrollment of beginners, for the first semester of 2021, by the Postgraduate Programs Secretariats.
12 – Enrollment of non-attached students (from 8 am to 11:59 pm), for the first academic semester of 2021. Enrollment will be made by the students themselves, via SAPIENS.
15 – Beginning of the remote classes period of the first academic semester of 2021.
26 – End of the period for registration adjustment, by students, via SAPIENS.

APRIL

02 – Holiday (Good Friday).
19 – Last day for cancellation of enrollment in subjects for the first semester of 2021, with the opinion of the supervisor and the coordinating committee.
19 – Last day for enrollment cancellation for the first semester of 2021, regardless of the signature of the professors of the subjects, with the opinion of the supervisor and the coordinating committee.
19 – Last day for students who did not enroll in the first semester of 2021, to request a special leave from the School Registration Board, with the opinion of the advisor and the coordinating committee.
21 – Holiday (Tiradentes).

MAY

01 – Holiday (Labor Day).
22 – Holiday (Day of the Patron Saint of Viçosa – Santa Rita de Cássia).
24 – Last day for enrollment cancellation for the first academic period of 2021, depending on proof of compliance with the requirements of the subjects you are taking, especially regarding attendance, upon a certificate from the responsible teachers, with the opinion of the supervisor and the coordinating committee.
31 – Beginning of the period for submission, in departments, of applications for enrollment in disciplines, as a non-linked student, for the second semester of 2021. Applications for enrollment in disciplines in the “academic mobility” modality will occur in a continuous flow.

JUNE

03 – Holiday (Corpus Christi).
18 – End of the period for submitting, in the departments, applications for enrollment in courses, as an unrelated student, for the second semester of 2021. Applications for enrollment in courses in the “academic mobility” modality will occur in a continuous flow.
21 – Beginning of the period for applying for enrollment, for the second semester of 2021, via SAPIENS.
25 – Last day to communicate to those selected in Stricto sensu Postgraduate courses the result of enrollment requests for the second semester of 2021, via the Enrollment System.

JULY

02 – End of the period of remote classes in the first academic semester of 2021.
